This is just the beginning of something major. I am creating a house of fashion with my interpretation of the art. I want it to be more than just fashion and a brand. I encourage it to be a lifestyle. My goal is to never step over people to reach my dream but to bring them along to witness history through my footsteps

Mark McNairy Yellow Sole Suede Loafers
Right now this loafers are a must have for myself. The thing I dig the most about it is the fact the sole is that bright yellow, so its casual but still makes strong statement. Mark McNairy always hits the bullseye when it comes to his designs and creativity....D0PE

The Change Up: Alteration to Fit
Changing up your style is not hard at all. First you have to know and have an idea about how you want your style to change. Some basic and classic pieces to purchase for you newly found wardrobe are white, black, and light blue solid oxford shirt, navy, black, and grey suit, black and brown shoes. This is just a start. With this pieces you can create many different looks by mixing and matching. If you want to jump right in to creativity though, you can play with different patterns and prints. Shirt patterns including Gingham and pinstripe and with suits Window pane, Glen Plaid, Prince of Wales patterns, etc. Check out different blogs and photos to get some influences on what you are trying to do. You have to be confident in yourself also. My advice would be to find out your true size. This is a key factor in changing things up. You have to know not to buy things too little, nor too big. Fit is everything, especially nowadays. From the fit of your shirt to the size of your shoes. All ready to wear piece will need a little alteration. The way I changed my size was I just started buying my true size with it comes to my clothing. As expressed earlier knowing your size is vital. I started getting all my pants altered. I get a hem and 28 inchs, and a tape of 7 1/2. For the most part my jackets fit the way I like so they rarely need alterations. It is about trail and error. You have to find what works for you and what doesn't.

Business Casual, After Hours
Shawl Collar cardigans were a big hit this winter season. Most Menswear designers had at least one form of this piece in their collections. And this photo display the perfect way to sport it to the office and still be able to hang out right after work. This is a super D0PE cable knot shawl collar cardigan. Paired with a solid oxford shirt or a clean patterned shirt, tie, fited trousers and nice shoes, Perfection. Once you leave the office you can take the tie off or keep it on and it is straight to a night out with the fellas chasing women and a good time....D0PE

Two Suits
Two suits, similar fits.. I love both looks because they represent different color schemes as well as two different personalities. The grey suits looks as tho it is a 3 button suit, which is somewhat frowned apon in menswear, but I believe if done right it can be super D0PE as such in this photo. The other gentleman gave his look a little more attitude with the glasses, and that he is wearing brown shoes with a black suit which is D0PE. Its something about wearing a suit with no socks that gives it a more modern feel. Great looks for summer....D0PE

Stripes
I'm digging the stripe shirt. I definitely like the way it has been paired with the slim fit suit. Putting a beanie with a fitted suit always gives it a young, edgy feel to it.. Honestly the first thing I think of is Nylon Magazine which says a lot about that Magazine, on how seeing a certain look no matter where you see it can make you think about them...D0PE

Colors, Prints, & Patterns
The things that stood out to me the most were the colors and prints. I love how they were captured to amaze our eyes and the fact that none of the colors or prints clash. The scarf is definitely D0PE and can be put with just about anything and make it stand out. I can see a gentleman wearing the scarf with a navy, tailored suit with a white shirt. The jacket the gentleman in the middle has on is crazy with colors and print. Its a well put together play on the classic camo print with color. The last gentleman with the patterned blazer, printed pocket square, and the striped scarf is bananas....D0PE

Quilted Blazer
In this photo are two pieces that I never thought I would ever enjoy in menswear.. But I love this two pieces and together they are super D0PE. The quilted blazer and the cargo trouser are pieces that have been on the rise this winter season, I've noticed. I love the look because it also goes so well and paired with the knot skull hat. I have been on the quest to find the perfect pair of cargo trousers for myself. I believe this pieces with become classic statement pieces in every mans wardrobe...D0PE

NYC Fashion Week
Here we have the two gentlemen behind Street Etiquette. Their style is always on point with what they are trying to express. Here in this photo, I love the fact that Joshua paired a camo button up shirt with the grey flannel suit. It gives the look a casual feel with a splash because of the shirt. I love how Travis threw the moto leather jacket on over a full suit and makes it look easy to pull off. I love their styles because it's theirs. They know what they like and put their own interpretation on it....D0PE

LB UnKnwn
UNKNWN Store Grand Opening with Lebron James and more from The305.com on Vimeo.
Lebron James has established a D0PE retail store in Aventura Mall. I dig his style so I know his store we carry some of the D0Pest brands in the industry right now. These brands include B.B.C. (Billionaire Boys Club), A.P.C., and a very other Japanese brands. Right now the brands that he will be carrying are brands that people are into right now. My question is we he be able to adapt to the change of styles, trends, and fads? I believe with his team it may be possible. He has partnered with Michael Hurley, Chris Julian who works with brand like Stussy, Undefeated, and Fruition, Jaron Kanfer, and Frankie Walker. I enjoy the fact that James' concept was to create a speciality boutique environment.... D0PE

Italian Denim
Here are some Italian gentlemen that know how to wear denim with blazers. Each gentleman has their own look and does it well. The gentleman to the far left has on light color distressed denim, which I am sure happened over time, not bought that way. He has a very casual look with the shirt with no collar, untucked paired with some Vans style sneakers. He went with a lighter look but the shoes are a darker blue. The gentleman next to him went with more navy with his look. He has the navy double breast blazer with the top 3 buttons undone. He went with a nice dark wash denim that has a nice fit to them. They are not too long nor too short. They hit right above the shoe. The dark brown loafers are perfect for the navy of the look. The older gentleman with the same color scheme as the previous gentleman. The difference is he has on a dark collar shirt with a tie. The last gentleman has the blue theme going as well. He went with a medium wash denim which matches the same wash as his denim shirt, which I do not agree with denim on top of denim, but it looks great because of the way he put the whole look together. The navy blazer and the brown leather loafers helpes spruce up the denim on top of denim. All the gentleman are wearing shades which makes each look better. I love menswear... D0PE

Classic Prep
Simply Well
Well as most people know that I interact with on a daily bases knows that I love a great well tailored suit such as this one. Charcoal suits like any other suits can look great or horrible. It just depends on the fit of the suit and the attitude of the individual wearing it. With this look, the gentleman played it simple with the solid color shirt, and black tie. My opinion is that the accessories are what stand out and make a statement. From the ornament on the lapel, to the pocket square, and the orange tie bar to give some color to the look. Simple is good sometimes and this is a case in which it was done well..... Keep it D0PE
